Soweto-based producer and kasi rap powerhouse, SPeeKa, has just released the highly anticipated sequel to his 2017 EP, ‘Organized Grime’. Aptly titled ‘Organized Grime 2’, this 11-track masterpiece serves as a homage to both his deep-rooted love for Hip-Hop and Kwaito culture, as well as a heartfelt tribute to his late father, who graces the album’s artwork.
The EP kicks off with the introspective track ‘Tlhoka Pelaelo’, where SPeeKa reflects on his journey through the South African Hip-Hop scene over the years. From there, listeners are treated to a captivating Boom Bap experience with the single ‘Amy’, featuring the talented Soweto MCs Fergason and Infektist.
‘Organized Grime 2’ boasts a stellar lineup of collaborators, including Sizwe Alakine, N’Veigh, Mthizo, Jimmy Wiz, and more, each adding their unique flair to the project.
